Kudos – Garbo A Salon and Spa

Garbo A Salon and Spa just became the second salon in Austin to go green. Garbo has partnered with Green Circle Salons to divert 85 to 95 percent of all of the salon waste from landfills. This includes everything from the used color, foils and hair clippings. The team at Garbo sorts their waste into categories, and all metals, hair, plastic and papers and hair products waste is recyclable by Green Circle. The waste is picked up by a delivery service and transported to various locations to be processed.
