The Qi Revolution brings its immersive- learning environment to the George R. Brown Convention Center, in Houston, August 22 through 25. The four-day conference blends ancient wisdom with modern technology to present the most compelling self-care techniques and healing methods. This year’s focus will be on food-healing protocols for cancer, diabetes and heart disease.
New for 2015 is a greater scientific and evidence-based approach to the presentations. After 100 events and 50,000 attendees, Qi Revolution organizers have upgraded the curriculum based on survey responses, such as “most useful in life.” The revised lineup adds a large qigong/energy component to the experience. Qigong Practitioner Jeff Primack and 20 other instructors will lead a large group to practice together. Participants will experience breathing techniques that are the best natural high and creativity activators, and they will also learn correct food, breath and blood-circulating exercises that open root chakra to releases internal energy and boost the endocrine system.
Since the power of music can be inspirational and open the human spirit, breath work and massage techniques taught at Qi Revolution are accompanied by Music that Elevates our Vibration, an exotic blend of sounds composed and mixed by Jami Deva.
