Within the last decade, technology has played an influential part in shifting people’s states of consciousness. Seeing that much more is possible has paved the way for people to be more accepting of new possibilities. People have witnessed advances in many fields since the dawn of the Internet. The sharing of information has made it possible to collaborate and disseminate knowledge. It is unquestionable that data sharing leads to new awareness resulting in self-empowerment.
This technology has made it easier for practitioners to keep track of advancements in the field of healing modalities, such as Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT). Quantum is a technical term, now growing in popular usage. Quantum is the Latin word for amount and, in modern understanding, means the smallest possible discrete unit of any physical property, such as energy or matter.
In essence, QHHT utilizes energy to circumvent any abnormal conditions in order to optimize health. Being that the mind-body-spirit connection is a dynamic trio that produces high volumes of energy, it can be directed and harnessed for healing. The mind-body-spirit connection act in unison in either balance or imbalance; they cannot be separated. Every day our brains are flooded by stimulation. How this competition is resolved may be the determining factor in our well-being.
If a person is holding on to unresolved issues from prior traumatic experiences, the body will manifest pain or illness as a way of pointing to these issues. This is the mind-bodyspirit complex attempt, using its entire means to elicit some introspection. Through contemplation, the individual has opportunity to correct the source of fatigue or illness. When we refuse to take a conscious and mindful look at our issues, and ourselves then the mind-body-spirit connection will opt to act with impetus in an effort of getting noticed. This is where QHHT can be helpful.
QHHT has gained popularity worldwide and is now an accepted method of healing. The basic premise of this modality is that people can use their own healing power within the mind. Through thought and discovery, people are able to reintegrate and balance, thus replenishing vitality. Science is discovering new technology daily to the way the mind connects within. The current belief is that if the mind is powerful enough to make the physical body sick, and then it is also powerful enough to heal it.
A QHHT session can reveal an array of insightful data. In the days prior to a session, a client will get “homework”—a series of up to 30 questions used to use to inquire and interview the client’s higher self. Unlike most hypnosis or regression protocols where the practitioner determines what to ask and even interprets the data, QHHT follows the lead of the higher self, an energetic part of consciousness that heals another part of the consciousness— the body.
In QHHT, before the person is back into his or her fully awaked mental state, they know the “why” to all issues. Due to the increased energy during a session, the healing process happens spontaneously. In many cases, it continues for a period of approximate three days after the session.
In Deepak Chopra’s book, Quantum Healing: Exploring the Frontiers of Mind Body Medicine, he states, “Every doctor realizes that it is nature that cures disease, a statement first written by Hippocrates 2,000 years ago. What is the difference, then, between nature’s ordinary forms of healing and unusual or miraculous healing? Perhaps the difference is small and exists only in our heads.”
